The solution heater is designed to heat solutions with boiling points greater than 300°F (148.9°C). The temperature limit on a solution heater is set to 300°F (148.9°C) with a manual reset switch set to 325°F (162.8°C).
A solution heater can be placed in any leaching operation at any point that a heated solution should or can be used to recover gold or other precious metals. Heated solution improves the efficiency of precious metal extraction.
