Chiller Features Include:

  • Microprocessor controlled, air-cooled liquid chiller utilizing scroll compressors, low sound fans and Micro-channel condenser coil with E-coating.
  • Factory assembled, single-piece chassis.
  • Heavy duty galvanized steel frame, and cabinet shall be galvanized steel casing with baked enamel powder coated or pre-painted finish.
  • Condenser fans shall be direct-driven, 11 blade airfoil cross-section, reinforced polymer construction, shrouded-axial type.
  • Refrigeration circuit shall include filter drier, moisture indicating sight glass, thermal expansion device, and complete operating charge of both refrigerant and compressor oil.
  • Unit controls shall include microprocessor with non-volatile memory, control transformer, on/off control switch, replaceable solid-state relay panels, and controllers. Pressure sensors installed to measure cooler entering and leaving fluid temperature.
  • Safety control system shall provide protection from: loss of refrigerant charge, reverse rotation, low chilled fluid temperature, thermal overload, high pressure, electrical overload, and loss of phase. Condenser fan and factory pump motors, have external over current protection.
